[Fedora TeX Live] What is new in the latest repo update

I've updated everything but I still get the missing latex.fmt error:

I can't find the format file `pdflatex.fmt'!

I have texlive-base-2010-14.20110113.fc14.noarch and
texlive-scheme-medium installed.

What can I do to help this issue?
